This person will be responsible for producing an extensive variety of items from simple job-shop projects to extensive machining for parts used by a variety of industries and businesses throughout the United States, Mexico and Canada.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Set up and operate large vertical and horizontal CNC machining centers
Edit programs for multiple operations
Load and set up all tooling, mounting, leveling and aligning parts to ensure dimensions are obtainable
Value engineer jobs in process, communicating with project managers regarding methods of manufacturing and estimates of production times
Diagnose and trouble shoot equipment
Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum of 4 years CNC machining experience
Thorough working knowledge of blue print reading
Working knowledge of tool calibration
Strong math skills
Cad/Cam software and conventional machining center experience a plus
Ability to use material handling equipment such as cranes, hoists and fork trucks

ISO Certified Job shop seeking an individual with a high degree of skill in precision, medium gage plate bending and rolling. Multiple set-ups on large Press Brakes (8-20’, 300-600 ton) are required.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Measure parts and verify to prints using verniers and protractors
Interpret drawings
Perform equipment maintenance as required
Load and unload parts and tooling
Perform work in accordance with quality standards and established safety procedures
Qualifications and Skills:
3 years press brake experience
Basic geometry/trigonometry
Ability to do heavy lifting and maneuvering of parts and tooling using hoists and fork trucks

ISO Certified job shop seeking a Welder Fabricator with a high degree of skill in tig short arc, spray arc and tig weld mild steel, stainless steel and aluminum.
Candidates must have a minimum of three years’ experience in the welding of carbon, stainless steels and aluminum utilizing GMAW and GTAW processes. Must be able to fabricate various assemblies from blue prints to specified tolerances with minimum supervision. An ability to short arc, spray arc and tig weld mild steel, stainless steel and aluminum without supervision is required.
